Ingredients:

- 2 bananas
- 1 yellow peach
- 1 melon slice
- lettuce
- 100 gr. of Villalón cheese
- 100 gr. of ham

Preparation:


The lettuce must be cleaned, then wipped and cut into pieces.
The ham is cut together with some square pieces of cheese.
The peach is added, also in square pieces ans some melon slices.
The sliced bananas are also added.
Then you add the dressing at will.
After 5 minutes in the fridge, it is served, and enjoy it!.

 Canarian banana Ice-cream

Ingredients:

- 6 Canarian banana
- 6 eggs
- 1 glass of wine
- 1 litre of milk
- 1/4 litre of cream
- 1/2 kg. of sugar

Preparation:

The milk is boiled with sugar and then you add thge yolks and move it to get thick.
The bananas are well smashed and mixed, adding the cream and wine at the same time.
Everything is mixed and poured into a bowl and taken into the freezer.

 Canarian banana doughnuts

Ingredients:

- 6 Canarian bananas
- 100 gr. of flour
- 50 gr. of cornflour
- 1 spoonful of baking powder
- 1 glass of beer
- 1 spoonful of oil
- 1 spoonful of grinned cinnamon
- 1 spoonful of grated lemon

Preparation:

All the ingredients are mixed in the right bowl but the bananas, and then mix evething to oibtain a soft dough and let it rest for an hour.
When the oil is very hot, you place the pieces of banana on the frying-pan until well fried and then take them out to some absorbent paper.
Must be served hot or cold, sprinkled with sugar.

 Canarian banana Mousse

Ingredients:

- 6 Canarian bananas
- 4 yolks of an egg
- 6 cups of cold milk
- 6 spoonfuls of sugar
- 3 spoonfuls of cocoa
- 3 lemon juiced
- 100gr. of peeled almonds

Preparation:

The bananas must be sliced and poured with the lemon juice.
All the ingredients must be mixed until getting the right mixture.
Keep into the fridge and serve cold.

 Cuban style rice

Ingredients:

- a cup of rice
- a cup of tomato
- 2 eggs
- 2 Canarian bananas.

Preparation:

The rice is boiled.
Then it is placed in a cup or glass to shape it and the rice is turned over the dish.
Two eggs must be fried and placed aside the rice
Later the bananas are peeled on both sides of the dish and lastly the tomato sauce is poured on top.
